Central Valley Holdings, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our applications and services.

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account credentials and profile information

  • Job application materials, resume information, and career-interview responses you choose to submit
  • Usage data and interaction with our services
  • Limited technical signals, which may be transformed into a one-way identifier, to prevent automated abuse of public forms and AI tools

  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
  • Prepare job-related candidate summaries for review by authorized personnel

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, and support our applications, including AI processing used for the career interview, subject to appropriate service terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

5. AI-Assisted Career Interviews

Our career assistant may ask job-related questions and prepare a factual summary for authorized personnel. It does not make final hiring decisions. Participation is optional, and candidates may instead use the standard application process or contact us to request a human-assisted alternative. Please do not submit sensitive medical, financial, government-identification, or other information that is not requested for the role.

5A. Website Assistants and Lead Inquiries

Central Valley Assistant is an AI assistant. The website popup provides text responses through Base44. The separate Agent Studio voice demonstration uses ElevenLabs to process voice and text during a voice session. Voice mode requests microphone permission, and you can end the conversation using the on-screen control.

Our current ElevenLabs configuration retains Agent Studio conversation transcripts for seven days and has audio storage disabled. Audio is still processed to provide the voice conversation. These settings do not mean that separately submitted inquiries or email notifications are deleted after seven days.

After discussing your needs, the assistant may offer to collect your name, email address, phone number, service interest, project summary and any optional business name or timing you provide. The assistant shows the details and asks for permission before saving the inquiry in Base44 and sending it to the CVH team for review and follow-up. Providing contact details is optional when browsing or asking questions. Do not share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records with the assistant.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
